A tool-call name is attacker-influenced, so a prompt-injected model can emit a name containing HTML that executes when the export is opened in a browser. tool-call name is attacker-influenced, so a prompt-injected model can emit
a name containing HTML that executes when the export is opened in a browser.

Escape the tool-call name like the other fields.
